Growing up in the small island of Barbados, I am custom to 'REAL' food. 
I knew where my ingredients came from! We had the cows which give us the milk, chicken which give the eggs and grew the corn which us the flour and cornmeal. REAL FOOD!! At Caribbean Flavour we strive to return to that simple time, where you actually enjoy the taste of the food!  
In Barbados I did catering, I was the baker for Brett Cooking Shop in Kissimme Fl. and sold baked goods at the Organic Farmers Market in St. Cloud, Florida.
